How to'Talk to an Agent' using WebChat
Note: Due to the interactive nature of Talk to an Agent, use of this facility is restricted to the normal opening hours of Test Trace Protect:

9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday.
All times are UK daylight adjusted (GMT / BST).

On accepting the conditions of use and clicking the Talk to an Agent button, a new browser window will be opened specifically for the session.

If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, you will NOT be able to use webchat unless
you specifically tell it to allow popups from this site.




In order to interact with a customer service representative (CSR) please click in the text field located in the grey, lower, portion of the page.

Once you have typed your comments click on  send  or alternatively press return. Your comments will then be displayed in the chat session window.

After a few moments our response will also be posted within this same field.

If you wish to view the entire conversation please use the scroll function within the upper chat session field.

To finish the chat session, click the  end chat  button.
